Minnesvärt av Oscars 2015

Det var någonting en mörk man sa i sitt tacktal. Det har flugit ur minne nu men, 

Neil Patrick Harris var host och öppningsnumret vart fantastiskt för det var stora specialeffekter. Sedan blev det litet trolleri från han också vilket är uppskattat eftersom han är magiker. 

Filmen Whiplash fick ett pris, tacktalet var bra. J. K Simmons ansikte kände jag igen från någonstans. Han tipsade om att ringa ofta till sina föräldrar. 

" The above average children. Call your mom, call your mom and dad."

Ida blev prisad igen. Den polska filmen som fick pris på European Film festival i höstas med. 

På Oscarsgalan visas kort de priser som delades ut i höstas på the Governors award. 

När Patricia Arquette får pris för bästa kvinnliga biroll så talar hon för kvinnors jämlika löner i Förenta staterna.

Incartiourating? Det finns ännu ord som ej går att översätta. John Legend pratade om det svåra med segregation när han hade sitt tacktal för bästa låt.

Filmen The Grand Budapest Hotel blev prisad för bästa musik och Alexandre Desplat sade det att Wes är ett geni närs det gäller film. "Wes your a genius" 

The imitation game fick ett pris. Det var ett träffande tacktal av den märkbart tagne Graham Moore som ville inge hopp till tonåringar som har tankar om livet och döden. Det skulle kunna vara du som står på Oscargalans scen en dag.

Alejandro Innarritu fick hålla ett tredje tacktal och då tackade han allihop och pratade först  då en mening spanska "Mi todos mexican."

Sedan är det såklart Lady Gaga performance av Sound of music som blir minnesvärt och kramen hon får av Julie Andrews direkt efter som får stora applåder. Som Julie Andrews själv säger, det värmer hjärtat att höra den starka sångrösten. 

Reflektion: Mary Poppins(Julie Andrews) mötte mama monster(Lady Gaga). Maman finns på moderna Museet nu 

- Louise Bourgeois hade sina problem med moderskap då hennes nanny som vart hennes faders älskarinna. Maman är skulptur av en stor spindel - En giant spider syns på stage showen som David Bowie hade 1970-80-tal. Vilken spindel kom först?

European Film Award har inte sådant försnack på SVT som Oscarsgalan får fast det är självaste Ingmar Bergman som varit med och startat den filmgalan. Hur kommer det sig? 

I find inspiration elsewhere

but it will be very messed up, in need of being analysed thoroughly 

thats where philosophy comes in. 

Philosophy is the art of clearing up and demanding logic of our first thoughts

3. Think alot. If it takes couple of days maybe week choosing your car it may take a year or more of sustained 

daily reflection to find a career that fits. We tend to feel guilty about being self-indulgent. 

Far from it. We may need to empty every weekend for months to sort out the biggest conundrum of our lives. 

To make sure we don't continue to spend the rest of our lives trapped in a job unwittingly chosen for us by our unknown 16-year old self 

we need to be properly generous about the amount of time we’ll need to give this 

((note to self: start finding the career. ))

4. Try something. We understand ourself and others by colliding with the real world

5. Reflect on what makes people unhappy. Loosing house keys for example, 

find a solution by making a simple plan to make people happy again, be entrepreneur

6. Be confident. Have the courage to give it a go. Don't ask permission, a lack of confidence

understanding how done well works.

Förr handlade jobbet mer om att ett åtagande, jobbet handlade om att bli gjort, 

att bli färdig för dagen mer än annat. Idag är jobbet tänkt att vara om ett meningsfullt lärande 

och gärna tillfredsställande.

1. Acceptera att vara lite konfunderad över ditt val av yrke för det är normalt. 

För länge sedan fanns det kanske bara 2000 yrken att välja från medan det idag finns

 en halv miljon yrkesval som ger dig oro för att ens göra ett val.

du någonsin haft glädje av att göra eller spendera tid på, mer knas och udda lista är bättre

 - en lång förvirrad lista följer kommer någonstans att vara konturerna av 

ett ideal framtida arbetande själv, men det kommer att vara en väldigt oreda i listan som behöver analyseras, 

och gås igenom och där passar filosofi bra in. 

Filosofi är konsten att klara upp och begära logik av vår allra första tanke. 

3. Tänk mycket. Om det tar ett par dagar, kanske en vecka att välja en ny bil så kan det ta ett år 

eller mer av en ihållen daglig reflektion för att finna en karriär som passar. 

Det händer att vi människor känner skam o skuld över att vara självupptagna, 

men det är inget fel i det. Du kanske behöver tömma varje helg för ett par månader för att 

sortera ut de största dilemman i våra liv. För att säkerställa att vi ej fortsätter spendera resten av 

våra liv fångade på ett jobb omedvetet valt åt oss av ett 16-årigt jag behöver vi vara rätt 

generösa med den tid som behövs för att hitta rätt jobb. 

4. Gör någonting. Vi förstår oss själva och andra bättre genom att kollidera med den riktiga världen. 

5. Tänk på vad det är som gör folk olyckliga. Något enkelt som att tappa husnycklarna. 

finn en lösning på problemen, gör en plan för att göra folk lyckliga igen, utgå från dig själv. 

Bli en entreprenör. 

6. Var självsäker. Finn modet att göra det. Fråga inte om lov (att göra något du vill) 

Det går bra att göra något av något som du ej förstår vidden av.

The Award season

It is cold and dark times in Sweden in January when the

holiday has passed and all good food has been eaten during

the two to three week long sparetime you get in December to

get on a spree of shopping for the next year during the

mellandagsrea - between holidays sellout - from stores that

you just the week before bought expensive Christmas gifts

from.  

Then comes February and you get slowly back into working

mode as the darkest night has been in December,

Vintersolståndet - winter solstice has been over with and the

darker times turn lighter again. Isn't it weird?    oO

Art school

We have begun working at Final Cut pro and or le premiere from Adobe. It´s to learn how to make art

film project which is interesting so far. Hard to make a short film with all the process of the

filmmaking singlehandedly on every aspect of a film oneself. We had a woman from Gotland Film to

teach us about storytelling, how to write a script and tomorrow there will be a lecture in animation.

She mentioned Fårö and Bergmancenter and I feel like it's so close but far away, couple of hours bus

and the ferry, well in the springtime when it opens I will be going there. There something to look

forward to this year.

My free time

I thought I was looking forward to Mello 2015 the saturday last but as the young boys started singing

about taking a groupie instead of a selfie I turned the telly of. Maybe I have grown upp from that

music fest thing. Although I probably will turn into the Eurovision in May, it´s happening in Wien

and Australia will be attending to it which feels awkward. That´s a whole other continent I mean.

Eurovision is supposed to be for the European, ah well good to have some more participans soon it

will be Euro world vision? Music for the people. Yey


Ye salted icecream. I had never heard of it before but know I know. thx JD. Looking forward to see

Mordecai if it is as funny on screen as the actors that made it had doing it behind the scenes

according to interview.

Dreams 

I dream in color and hear sound sometime, but it is rare that i remember the dreams as I wake up but

some of them are worthy of writing down and I sometimes wonder how it can be a dream and not

something that happened to me in real life, like some dreams are like memories others are

adventurous stories probably my mind taking a tripp into a Indiana Jones film I saw long time ago

mixed with the reading of Dalai Lama mixed up with the Maya indians and a hidden golden city in

the jungle. I can hear voices, spoken words in my dreamworld but I have never heard music.

Although I listen to an awful lot of music during daytime, never that it goes into my dreams..

Wonder why that is so? Maybe I ought to be a writer more than musician then.

Heard on the news of another attack on democracy?

On Valentines day there was a shooting on a conference in Denmark.

One to have been the target is Lars Vilks. Our teacher told us about him in class today.

The artist Lars Vilks have some years ago done a piece of art named Rondellhunden in Sweden.

It portraits, it is said to portrait the profet Muhammed.

Although noone knows what that guy might have look like because its from so long time ago.

Well now

Lars Vilks is being protected by the swedish government because of his death treats, that is he is

being harassed by the someones that take offense in what he do for a icing.

He is an artist that makes provocation for a living. Also he seem to be a bit stupid in that way that he

has gone to meeting that supports a certain group of extreme thinking personas.

Why should the Swedish government support such a guy that makes his living as an artist by

offending other/ by being attention seeker / making big time extraordinary actions meaningfully to

get his viewers - although now that there is deathtreath against him some of his exhibitions has had

to be closed down

Maybe should play David Bowie Valentines day which is about a shooting also on Valentines day 

oh well Beatles is winning this one time because it has the lyrics ´I heard the news today oh boy´

News update: food year, I mean good year, 'ears

last entry 3rd of december about the politics in Sweden kind of.

Oh the politics. After x-mas day the Swedish prime minister decided to announce that the election is

off because the parties had agreed on certain terms in a way so that the very right party will get less

power in the dealings of the money issue. This has caused the very right party (or is it very left?) -

I dunno 'cause I don't care for the politics really - well, they issued a complaint on the prime minister.

This is nothing the other parties care for either as they did not vote against the new minister as it were

a voting last week. Oh the politicians.

I am still surprised that the "angry young man" very right party got so many votes that they made

themselves seats in the government. It is not a party that is very right (it is just the direction of their

politics).  The man that led them has gotten burned out already and has been replaced by another.

During the elections he was compared to a famous angry man figure with mustache from second

world war.  So this other man has been in charge of the" very angry party" since december.

Now they have less than four years to government - until september 2018 when next election comes

if they don't get away with trying to kick out todays prime minister for what? on what charges? being

not like them, for being not with them on the money issue. Who are they?

We and they - that is the problem always, segregation.

Many of the swedish voters voted for them and now they have less power of the voting of money

since the secret agreement made between the other parties in Regeringen during december 2014.

Even Nelson Mandela once was an angry young man, but he got older and wiser - (during a horrible

27years! in prison). No man - is that where I wish for all angry men to be?! Wise up.

Anyhow. Last week we begun having lectures and I have learned about the history of photography by

Peter Assar Monssen.  He told about Nan Goldin and the Ballad of sexual dependency that is her 900

some photographs that she has made soundtrack to with 30 different songs.

With time the camera has become less important and today film has greater impact on society. When

you do photograph, take a picture sans the lightning of the flash because the natural light is what the

picture needs.  It is so that light is measured with Kelvin. And natural light has x Kelvin and a

lamplight a different Kelvin. There is warm red yellow light and cold blue green light and the warm

light is what feels comfortable.

Before Larry Clarkes closeups there was Muzi(Muyi?) a drawing artist before Jesus Christ, 2000

years before the year zero this man in china drew pictures. Time flies and Aristoteles wrote down a

description of fotografia that he saw a square round pictures on the grass from the light of the sun as

it traveled through the branches of a tree - during a solar eclipse.

Alhazeni was first to make a camera obscura.

Brunelleschi during the medieval times 14th century found out perspective.

Leonardo DaVinci was first with the description of a Camera Obscura, like its a hole in the wall for

you to get an upside down picture on a whitewashed wall.

Something about a french bishop Feon? that wrote a science fiction novel 1600 something described

how to get a picture on a gold-plate or silver via water.

The history of real photography is less than 200 years old (It put some things in perspective)

First there was daguerreotyper or diaramor, fotogram. 1830 a photograph was made. The first ones

was made onto copper and very sensitive for touch therefore they were framed in glass.

Rene Descartes said cogito ergo sum - that is I think therefor I am. (Is it not so that a

photograph of you sucks the soul out of you? - to many self-portrait photographs might just do you

in politics (sweden)

I have been bingewatching The House of Cards last weekend,
a netflix show about political agenda in the US of A.

Then yesterday the swedish prime minister stood up for his budget plan by saying to the people that he was calling for a new election. It´s due for march 22. Right ?!

- I feel panic about this government crisis says a young female in class.
Then a grandmother comes into the room and says
- Don´t you worry, we the people have voted for the politicians to handle our stuff.
Let them handle it.

the house inside a greenhouse

what fascinate me is this house build inside a greenhouse
by family solvarm Naturhuset i Sikhall, Sweden











an english word for it is sky house. Accurate? IDK

I´d like one house like that to have medeterranian temperature although its snowy winter and it´s good för to electric bill when it is such good keeping the heat and the house get protected from weather and wind safely inside the glass made greenhouse shield.

A home where to grow vegetables and fruits and be well.

The house in Sikhall is open for visitors so I know what I might do next summer
